Exchanges and Returns
You have a maximum of 14 days from the day you receive your order to return items that do not suit you and request an exchange or a refund.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, L'Andina boutique will bear the cost of returning the product.
Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, with their original label and in their original packaging perfectly intact (see CGV for more information).
Exchanges can only be made on ready-to-wear and cannot be made on sale or promotion products. You have the right to one exchange per order.
DO YOU WANT AN EXCHANGE?
The size or the model does not suit you, you want to exchange with another size?
Here are the steps to follow to make an exchange request:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the following:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Model and size of the returned product
- Desired size
- New product shipping address
Following this email, we will inform you of the availability of the product. In the event that the product is unavailable, three options are available to you. You can :
- Wait for the next restocking (if there is one planned).
- Exchange the initial product for another model available on the website.
- Request a refund.
In the event that the replacement model chosen is not the same amount as the product ordered, an adjustment will be requested from the customer to reach the value of the product initially ordered. We will then give you the address to return the product to us.
We remind you that returned items must be new, unused and in their original condition. Otherwise they cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. In addition, the product must be returned to us within 6 days of receiving the email.
Transport costs for the return from your home to Andina's shop will be at your expense. Andina shop will pay the cost of returning the replacement product to you.
Your exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 working days following receipt of the package and the availability of the product in stock.

To request a return, you must send an email to email@example.com with the following elements:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Returned product
Upon receipt of your email, we will validate your request and let you know how to return the product and the shipping address. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your product to us (as well as customs duties, if applicable).
Upon receipt of your package, we will carry out the usual checks, before validating your refund.
The refund will be made within 10 days at the latest, from the date on which the customer expressed his right of withdrawal via the payment method used when placing your order.
Any return made by post is your responsibility. We recommend that you pack the item well to avoid damage. Otherwise, no complaint and / or request for reimbursement will be admissible from the Post Office, in the event of non-receipt of a package.
